The Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support for Adults and Children (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed to equip candidates with the essential skills needed to administer safe, prompt and effective basic life support in an emergency situation.
During this 3 hour course, you will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency situations. CPR, applying a defib, the recovery position and choking.

This 3 hour session will provide the basic lifesaving skills required to help someone in an emergency situation.
This course is great for everyone who would love to learn the essentials of first aid & basic life support.
Delivery is to a maximum of 12 people to ensure the very best learning experience.
Improved confidence is gauranteed. Practice CPR with the latest Resus Anne's, have a go at applying a defib with our training units and utilise our choking vests so you know how to deal with choking. We have all the latest equipment to practice with so that you can be there when it matters and be confident.
Certificate is quality assured by Qualsafe Awards and is valid for 1 year.
