Established in 2017, SO Coach is a part of Cheshire First Aid. We love delivering Mental Health First Aid courses wherever is best for you, across Cheshire and beyond.

Gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of a person experiencing poor mental health, the confidence to start a conversation and the tools to signpost to appropriate support. We can deliver this course to a group of 16 and our courses are amazing value. Our open course at Blakemere Village in Cheshire is only £250 +vat per person.
MHFA Refresher
We'll will refresh those essential MHFA skills on this half-day course. ​If you are a Mental Health First Aider® you have skills for life that support you and the people around you. We believe that mental health should be treated equally to physical health and just like physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid® training should be kept up to date. This course can be delivered online or virtually for up to 25 people.
