The Emergency First Aid at Work course is ideal for you as a beginner. It is our most popular First Aid course for employees from low-risk workplaces like offices and shops, as well as individuals who want to acquire the lifesaving skills of First Aid.

We recommend the three-day First Aid at Work course to any one who is working in a higher risk work environment, maybe a construction site or warehouse, etc. We promise, this course would be brilliant for you.

Delivery is to a maximum of 12 people and the minimum age is 14 years old.

Increased confidence is guaranteed. Practice CPR with the latest Resus Anne's, have a go at applying a defib with our training units and utilise our choking vests so you know how to deal with choking. We have all the latest equipment to practice with so that you can be there when it matters and be confident.
