We love delivering MHFA England
Courses
We deliver Mental Health First Aid courses across Cheshire, the North West and nationwide.
The instructor, Simon Osborne, is approved by MHFA England to deliver Adult & Youth MHFA courses. The training is fully certified and follows the Mental Health First Aid England delivery methods.
Simon's aim is to deliver the courses with an openness that creates a safe environment. To de-stigmatise, humanise and simplify our perceptions of mental health.
On the courses you will develop your understanding and strength, enabling you to be ready when approached or when we approach someone in a crisis.
Gain the confidence to ask, 'how are you?', to be patient, to allow thought and to build trust. Then provide the support and information to start their journey of recovery.
What is
Mental Health First Aid?
Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.
Mental Health First Aid won’t teach you to be a therapist, but just like physical first aid, it will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis.
