Appropriate humour was the running theme at our Chester course.
I hear feedback about the Mental Health First Aid course that it drags and it is 'death by PowerPoint'. I have also heard that it can be a somber affair and that people leave feeling quite low.

The group bonded quickly and the laughs were plentiful at the right times. 'Lee Evans' made a couple of appearances and the feedback suggests that it was another successfully delivered Mental Health First Aid course.
One piece of feedback on the evaluation forms brilliantly read, 'FAB!'
I would like to thank the group for their levels of participation, confidentiality and support throughout. It really was a great and successful two day Mental Health First Aid course.
