Book SO Coach to deliver our one day Mental Health Champion course Delivery for up to 16 people The one day course includes a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. You will get a comprehensive MHFA manual to keep and refer to whenever you need it. On successful completion of the day every attendee receives a certificate to say they are an MHFA Champion. Accreditation is achieved through MHFA England. Overview This one day mental health awareness and skills course qualifies every attendee as an Adult MHFA Champion. Who is the course is great for? * Individuals who want to help someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis * HR teams who experience mental health issues with their colleagues * People managers & leadership teams * People supporting a family member or friend with a mental health issue * Organisations responding to their company culture and ethical responsibilities MHFA Champions have: * An understanding of common mental health issues * Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness * Ability to spot signs of mental ill health * Skills to support positive well-being We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that the instructors can keep people safe and supported while they learn.
