We are a training organisation and can't give emergency support to people, but there are lots of places who can.

If you need medical help fast and it's not a 999 emergency
 

NHS 111 is the free number to call. They can direct you to your local crisis support services and also offer health advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Support and advice

ACAS

(Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) 
 

Provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law, including those concerning mental health. ACAS supports good relationships between employers and employees, but also provides conciliation services to resolve workplace problems.
