Mental health support services
We are a training organisation and can't give emergency support to people, but there are lots of places who can. Here is a list of contacts for urgent mental health help and support.
ChildLine is for young people up to the age of 19 to contact no matter the size of your problem. You can talk to a ChildLine counsellor about anything and this is a free, private and confidential service.

Support and advice
(Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service)
Provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law, including those concerning mental health. ACAS supports good relationships between employers and employees, but also provides conciliation services to resolve workplace problems.
