Mental Health First Aid Course, Macdonald Kilhey Court, 28th & 29th March 2019!
We had an amazing two days, there was appropriate fun and the group was fully involved throughout.
Everyone left the course with the confidence to approach someone in a crisis, listen to them, provide support and get them started on their journey to recovery.
I loved every second and as with every SO Coach course, the promise to challenge their everyday thinking was achieved đ¤
My aim for the course is to reduce the stigma, get people talking and get the discussions around mental health aligned with those about a broken leg, which during the two days, we did đ
